Fresh Transformer Oil Supply for Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites electronic bids under the Single Stage - One Envelope bidding procedure from approved manufacturers, firms, and suppliers who are duly prequalified or registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Items being procured: - Fresh Transformer Oil (232,500 Liters) as per WAPDA Specification No. (IEC-60296) with pour point (-) 30°C (amended to date). Bidding documents with detailed specifications, terms, and conditions are available on the e-procurement system EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Interested bidders must register on EPADS to participate. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 24-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of the Director (Material Management) at FESCO Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad. Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted physically in the office before the online submission deadline, failing which bids will not be opened.
