Supply of Fresh Transformer Oil as per WAPDA Specification

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites electronic bids for the supply of Fresh Transformer Oil meeting WAPDA Specification No. (IEC-60296) with pour point (-) 30°C amended to date. The tender quantity is 232,500 liters. Items being procured: - Fresh Transformer Oil (232,500 Liters) Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available at the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Eligible bidders registered with WAPDA/PEPCO/NTDC/DISCOs or registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue are invited to participate. The electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 24-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Director (Material Management) at FESCO Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur Faisalabad. Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted in the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline, otherwise the bid will not be opened. Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is provided on EPADS.
