Supply of Fresh Vegetables, Fruits, Biscuits and Dall Moong for PN Units at Islamabad and Karachi

Pakistan Navy invites GST and Income Tax registered firms and suppliers to participate in the annual contracts for the supply of various fresh food items to PN Units located at Islamabad and Karachi. The department requires timely delivery of these items at the respective units, and all arrangements for delivery will be the responsibility of the supplying firms. Earnest money (pay order) must be attached in favor of COMDEP welfare and improvement fund A/C No 01700103296198 (Meezan Bank) with all quotations. Offers submitted without a pay order will not be entertained. Items being procured: - Onion Fresh (Islamabad): 46,000 Kg - Potato Fresh (Islamabad): 62,000 Kg - Tomato Fresh (Islamabad): 23,500 Kg - Vegetable Fresh (Islamabad): 81,000 Kg - Fruit Fresh (Islamabad): 75,000 Kg - Potatoes Fresh (Karachi): 575,000 Kg - Onion Fresh (Karachi): 350,000 Kg - Biscuit Fancy (Karachi): 11,000 Kg - Dall Moong (Karachi): 100,000 Kg The technical scope covers the supply of high-quality, fresh produce and food items in the specified quantities to the designated PN Units. Suppliers must ensure that all items meet the required standards and are delivered in a timely manner. Only firms with previous experience in supplying such items are encouraged to apply. All participating firms must be GST and Income Tax registered and should attach the required earnest money with their bids. Tender forms can be collected from the Office of the COMDEP at Naval Stores Sub Depot, West Wharf Road, Karachi during working hours. The deadline for submission is 03-09-2026 at 1100 hours, and tenders will be opened the same day at 1130 hours at the COMDEP Office.
