Sukkur IBA University invites bids for the Mess Framework Contract for IBA Community Colleges & Schools, specifically for the IBA Public School Ubauro located in Sukkur, Sindh. This contract covers the provision of mess services including breakfast, lunch, and dinner for boarding and day scholar students. The contract is initially for one year, excluding summer and winter vacations and Eid holidays, with the possibility of extension for an additional year. Items being procured: - Mess Expense per child per day Boarder: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Three times) at Rs 470 per child including all taxes - Mess Expense per child per day Day-Scholar: Lunch (One time) at Rs 200 per child including all taxes The scope includes providing quality, quantity, freshness, timeliness, and hygiene without compromise. Vendors must visit the respective IBA Community College/School to assess available facilities such as dining hall, kitchen, crockery, and furniture before quoting. Where kitchen, crockery, or furniture are not available, the vendor must arrange these without additional payment claims. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department or Sindh Revenue Board, affidavit of non-blacklisting, minimum three years relevant experience, and compliance with FBR/ATL registration. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual bids will not be considered. The contract period is for ten months annually, excluding vacations and holidays. Payment will be made based on actual attendance verified by the SSESP coordinator or hostel warden. The vendor is responsible for obtaining inspection certificates from the indenting department. Liquidated damages of 0.1% per day up to 10% of contract value apply for late delivery.
