Sukkur IBA University invites bids for the Mess Framework Contract specifically for IBA Community College Khairpur under the Sindh School Education Scholarship Program. Vendors must visit the IBA Community College Khairpur to assess available facilities such as dining hall, kitchen, crockery, and furniture before quoting. Where facilities are not available, vendors must arrange/manage without additional payment claims. Payment will be made based on actual attendance verified by the SSESP coordinator or hostel warden. The menu is fixed and any changes by bidders will disqualify the bid. Eligibility criteria include registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, affidavit of non-blacklisting, minimum three years relevant experience, and financial turnover requirements. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual bids will not be considered. Original bid security pay order must be submitted on or before the closing date. The contract requires delivery and installation of services as per schedule. Performance security of 2% of contract price is required and will be released after six months or on recommendation. Liquidated damages of 0.1% per day up to 10% of contract price apply for delays.
