Sukkur IBA University invites bids for the Mess Framework Contract for IBA Community College Jacobabad under the Sindh School Education Scholarship Program for the academic year 2026-2027. This contract covers the provision of mess services including breakfast, lunch, and dinner for boarding and day scholar students at the specified community college in Jacobabad. Where kitchen, crockery, or furniture are not available, the vendor must arrange and manage these without additional payment claims. The contract period is initially one year excluding summer, winter vacations, and Eid holidays, with the possibility of extension for one more year. Payment will be made based on actual attendance verified by the SSESP coordinator and hostel warden. The menu includes a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items as detailed in the annexure, with seasonal fruits, milk, and meat portions specified per child.
