Fumigation of Wheat Stocks for 2026-27

The Office of the Deputy Director Food Shaheed Benazirabad Region invites bids for the fumigation of wheat stocks for the year 2026-27. This procurement is for fumigation services of approximately 16587.522 Metric Tons of wheat stored at various government godowns located in District Shaheed Benazirabad, District Naushahro Feroze, and District Sanghar in Sindh. Items being procured: - Fumigation of Wheat Stocks for approximately 16587.522 Metric Tons of wheat The scope includes fumigation using Jute/PP bags (gross weight inclusive) and all related materials such as fumigant tablets, pesticides, spraying chemicals, polyethylene sheets, and transportation. The contractor must provide accommodation and equipment at the specified locations. The contract period is nine months from the date of award. The contractor is responsible for ensuring the safety of stocks for nine months post-fumigation and must repeat fumigation at their own cost if results are unsatisfactory. Eligibility requires registration with the Plant Protection Department, Government of Pakistan, NTN showing registration of fumigation services, Sindh Revenue Board tax registration, and a valid bank statement showing a minimum turnover of Rs. 10 million per annum for the last three years. The firm must have at least three years of fumigation experience preferably with the Food Department Government of Sindh or related organizations. The bidder must submit a technical proposal including company profile, tax documents, and evidence of experience. Bid security of Rs. 220,000 and a tender fee of Rs. 5,000 are required. The bid submission deadline is 20th July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system and original bid security and tender fee must be delivered to the Deputy Director Food office at Habib Sugar Mill Road Nawabshah.
