This contract covers the period from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2027 and aims to ensure hygienic and timely laundry processing for various items used across multiple departments within PSO House. Items being procured: - 3,000 Towels for MD, CBA, Conference Room, Dispensary, T&OD & Senior Management - 300 Bed Sheets for FMC - 150 Lab Coats for MQT Department - 1,000 Napkins for MD Secretariat 9th Floor and Conference Room - 1,000 Face Towels for MD Floor - 15 Bin Chairs with Thermopolis for Conference Room and T&OD - 850 Mattresses for Daycare - 1,000 Mattress Covers for Daycare - 150 Comforters for Daycare - 1,100 Pillow Covers for Daycare - 140 Cushion Covers for Daycare - 40 Ragzine Covers for Daycare - 300 Pillow Covers for Dispensary - 350 Cart Covers for Baby Daycare - 260 Safety Crib Rail Covers for Baby Daycare - 8 Blankets for Dispensary - 160 Pillows for Daycare The scope includes collection, washing, drying, ironing, and delivery of all listed items maintaining high standards of cleanliness and fabric care. The service provider must have relevant experience in handling large-scale laundry services, especially for institutional clients. Bidders should be registered with FBR and possess a valid NTN and Sales Tax registration. Earnest Money and CDR requirements will be as per PSO procurement rules. The last date for submission of quotations is 01 October 2026 by 23:59 hours at the PSO House Karachi office.
