Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Building Division Abbottabad, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 amended up to 15.09.2021. This tender is for the provision of funds related to decretal cases and land compensation for incomplete works across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged districts. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.

- GGPS Tori Sharif (PEC category C-6, Estimated Cost Rs. 6.950 Million)
The technical scope covers financial provisions for ongoing and incomplete projects, specifically for land compensation and legal decretal cases. The work is situated in Abbottabad and surrounding merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligible bidders must hold PEC category C-6 registration and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013 Act No. XXI of 2013. Bidders must also comply with the KPPRA rules and submit Earnest Money in the form of CDR electronically along with their bids on the EPAD system.
The tender form fee is 0.05% of the estimated cost, payable via Call Deposit. The last date and time for submission of e-bids is 17th August 2026 at 12:00 pm, with financial bids opening on the same day at 12:30 pm. Bids will be opened at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Abbottabad.
