Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of furniture and fixtures for schools under the IMU-SED project in Quetta, issued by the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. The procurement focuses on furnishing educational institutions to enhance learning environments in the region.
The scope includes supplying 27 different furniture items designed to meet the needs of school infrastructure in Quetta. The procurement requires bidders to provide quality furniture that complies with the specifications, ensuring durability and suitability for educational use. The project demands careful attention to material quality and timely delivery to support the ongoing development of school facilities.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria including assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 3,000,000 in the last two years and PKR 2,500,000 in the previous year. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List and hold a valid Sales Tax Certificate. The bidding firm should not be blacklisted and must provide last three years' audit reports audited by an ICAP-registered firm. ISO 9001:2015 certification is mandatory. JV participation is not allowed.
Submission deadline is set for 23 January 2026 at 10:15 AM, with bid opening at 11:15 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Project Director IMU-SED office located at House No. 11, Survey 53, Zarghoon Road, near Serena Hotel, Quetta. Bid security of 2% in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call is required. Tender documents are available from the issuing office during working hours until the closing date.
