Procurement of General Store Items for Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi

The Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of general store items under tender number 03/NORMAL/2026-27. Technical data and specifications can be collected from the Local Purchase Office at COD Rawalpindi. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA regulations. Bidders must submit Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, and Vendor Profile/Qualification Documents in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as specified. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value must be furnished within five days of intimation. Warranty period for all goods is two years from the date of delivery. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR, DGDP/DGP-A or related defense procurement bodies, PEC registration, and compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
