Tender Description
The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Kamoke is procuring general store items for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is specifically for the supply of various general store items required by the hospital to maintain its operational needs in Kamoke, Punjab. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) platform, ensuring transparency and ease of access for registered suppliers.
Bidders must be registered suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit their bids online before the deadline. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The technical bid and financial bid must be submitted separately, with original 2% bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Call Deposit physically submitted at the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Kamoke before the bid opening time.
