Golf Paver Works from Green 13 to T14 of the Back Nine

The Islamabad Club (Islamabad Club) located at Main Murree Road, Kashmir Road, Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring works for Golf Paver from Green 13 to T14 of the back nine. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is open to eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. The procurement method is National Single Stage-One Envelope using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Excavation in hard or ordinary soil, filling, leveling/Surface preparation and compaction of soil (498 CFT) - Providing and laying base course of crushed stone aggregate, 4" thickness including compaction with 1 Ton roller compactor (710 CFT) - Concrete (P.C.C 1:3:6) plain cement concrete 3" thick with minimum cylinder crushing strength of 1450 psi at 28 days (519 CFT) - Supply of Concrete Vibratory Tiles, Concrete Wizard-Isb make, size 12"x12"x1.25" thickness or approved size sample (red & grey or recommended by client) (2290 SFT) - Fixing of Concrete Vibratory Tiles with (1:4) Cement Sand Mortar and filling with matching pigment colour (2290 SFT) - Kerb Stones, 12"x12"x6" precast fair faced kerb stone fixed with cement sand mortar (1:4) and 75mm thick 1:3:6 P.C.C bed including pointing, cleaning, ramming, curing (750 Nos) The technical scope includes excavation, soil compaction, base course laying, concrete works, supply and fixing of vibratory tiles, and kerb stone installation as per specifications and directions of the Engineer In-charge. The site is the golf course back nine area from Green 13 to T14 at Islamabad Club. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and PEC as applicable, with no joint ventures allowed. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids online.
