Hangu Development and Building Construction Works

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication and Works Department, through the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Hangu, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and with KPRA for construction and rehabilitation works in Hangu and other identified districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement will follow the single stage single envelope E-PAD procedure under applicable KPPRAs rules. Mandatory works and lot details are: Sr. 1, Hangu Area Developmental Project 2025-26, Sub Head: Construction of Janazgah in Shahu Wam, District Hangu; PEC category C8 and above; 2% bid security **Rs. 108,600** and bidding entry fee **Rs. 1,500**; completion period as per work order; submission deadline **26 August 2026 at 12:00 PM**, with opening at 12:30 PM. Sr. 2, AOM&R of the Office Building of DSI Hangu, Sub Head: Repair and Rehabilitation of Female Litigation Facilities in District Judiciary Hangu; PEC category C8 and above; 2% bid security **Rs. 70,700** and bidding entry fee **Rs. 950**; completion as per work order; submission deadline **26 August 2026 at 12:00 PM**, opening at 12:30 PM. Sr. 3, Additional Facilities and Construction in various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under ADP No. 879/240030, Sub Head: Construction of Lawyer Shed; PEC category C8 and above; 2% bid security **Rs. 595,500** and bidding entry fee **Rs. 8,350**; submission deadline **27 August 2026 at 12:00 PM**, opening at 12:30 PM. Bidders must upload the required technical and financial proposals through the E-PAD system and submit hard copies of the bidding entry fee CDR, 2% bid security CDR, and any applicable additional security certificate or affidavit at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Hangu. Bids quoted substantially below the engineers estimate may require additional security and detailed rate analysis under KPPRAs rules. Contractors should ensure valid PEC and KPRA registration, current tax records and ATL status. If electronic upload fails, proposals may be delivered by courier or by hand before the relevant deadline. Verify each CDR amount and upload well before closing.
