Supply of Hard Armour Plates for Bullet Proof Jackets Level-III (Large Size) for Navy

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad invites bids for the supply of Hard Armour Plates for Bullet Proof Jackets Level-III (Large Size). This procurement is specifically for the Navy and the tender submission is to be done at the Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Hard Armour Plates for Bullet Proof Jackets Level-III (Large Size), Quantity: 500 units The technical specifications and acceptance criteria are detailed in Annex-A, while the general terms and conditions are attached as Annex-B. The contracted firm must provide one sample at no additional cost for functional testing. This sample will be randomly selected by ECA/CINA representatives prior to bulk supply to the consignee. Suppliers must provide valid OEM conformance certificates to ECA/CINA and DP (Navy). Hard copies of the Certificate of Conformance (COC) must be sent via courier. ECA/CINA will verify the authenticity of these certificates with the OEM. Firms providing false OEM certificates will be blacklisted. Stores will be inspected by ECA/CINA representatives. An affidavit confirming the attachment of original earnest money with the commercial offer and a copy with the technical offer is mandatory. All technical clauses, specifications, packing, and terms must be complied with. The technical offer must be on the firm's letterhead and signed along with DP-1, DP-2, and DP-3 forms, each page duly signed and stamped. The tender will close for acceptance at 1030 hours and will be opened at 1100 hours on 09 September 2026. Bidders should drop their tenders in Tender Box No 204 at the specified location. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including OEM certificates, earnest money affidavit, and signed technical forms are complete and properly stamped to avoid disqualification during the technical evaluation phase.
