Procurement of Various Items for Programme Monitoring and Implementation Unit Punjab Education Sector Reform Programme

The Programme Monitoring and Implementation Unit (PMIU-PESRP), under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and general order suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities and PPRA for procurement of specified items for FY 2026-27. Items being procured: - A03901-Store Items Rs. 1,200,000 with Bid Security Rs. 24,000 - A03955-Computer Stationery Rs. 1,000,000 with Bid Security Rs. 20,000 - A03970-Others Rs. 2,000,000 with Bid Security Rs. 40,000 - A03807-POL Rs. 1,000,000 with Bid Security Rs. 22,000 - A03906-Uniform & Protective Clothing Rs. 600,000 with Bid Security Rs. 12,000 - A03942-Cost of Other Store Rs. 1,500,000 with Bid Security Rs. 30,000 - A03902-Printing & Publication Rs. 2,000,000 with Bid Security Rs. 40,000 - A09203-Purchase of IT Equipment Rs. 1,000,000 with Bid Security Rs. 20,000 - A09601-Purchase of Plant & Machinery Rs. 900,000 with Bid Security Rs. 18,000 - A13001-Transport Repair Rs. 700,000 with Bid Security Rs. 14,000 The total estimated budget is approximately Rs. 12 million. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 03:00 PM on November 23, 2026. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted. Bidders must upload the Technical Bid and a scanned copy of the Bid Security instrument before the bid submission deadline.
