Tender Description
This tender invites reputable headhunting and executive search firms to join a panel for providing recruitment services for C-Level positions in Lahore under the Power Information Technology Company (PITC). The engagement focuses on transparent, merit-based executive search services tailored to the power sector's leadership needs, ensuring access to a broad talent pool and compliance with State-Owned Enterprises guidelines.
The scope includes advertising, targeted headhunting, preliminary screening, and submission of long and short lists of qualified candidates. Firms will facilitate interviews and maintain strict confidentiality and neutrality throughout the process. The assignment-based engagement spans one year, with payments made only upon successful placement, emphasizing quality and compliance.
Bidders must be legally registered, FBR active taxpayers, and compliant with SECP regulations. PEC category is not applicable, but firms should ensure valid FBR/ATL status for the 2025-26 financial year. The tender requires a 10% bid security and adherence to Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and CMU guidelines.
Submission deadline is set for 27th March 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at PITC Conference Room, Building No. 3, Lower Ground Floor, Aiwan-e-Iqbal, Egerton Road, Lahore. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later.
