Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law Karachi invites reputable Health Insurance Companies registered with SECP, FBR, and SRB to submit technical and financial proposals for providing Health Insurance Services. The tender is specifically for firms with AA or equivalent ratings from PACRA/JCR-VIS and who are active taxpayers with FBR. Items being procured: - Health Insurance Services The scope includes comprehensive health insurance coverage for the university staff and affiliates. Interested firms must have valid NTN and Sindh Sales Tax Registration Certificates. The tender documents can be obtained from the Director Finance office from 6th July to 17th July 2026 upon submission of a non-refundable Pay Order of Rs. 5000 in favor of the university. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security Pay Order or Bank Draft of Rs. 750,000, refundable after contract signing. The bids must be submitted to the Assistant Director Finance (Purchase), Finance Department, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law, Chaudhry Khaliq uz Zaman Road, Block-08, Clifton, Karachi by 20th July 2026 till 1400 hours.
