Tender Description
National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites electronic bids for the purchase of heavy duty multifunctional black & white printers and color printers along with original toners. The procurement is lot-wise with delivery timelines of 12-16 weeks to NADRA Store Department (NCS) Islamabad. Authorized dealers/partners are eligible to participate. Payment will be made after delivery and successful quality check. The bidding follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with bid security requirements and detailed technical specifications provided. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 5th January 2026 at 11:00 am.
The tender includes two lots: Lot 1 for black & white printers and toners, and Lot 2 for color printers and toners. Technical evaluation is mandatory with strict compliance to specifications. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required. Liquidated damages of 0.2% per day up to 10% apply for delays. The tender is open to all except bidders from India and Israel. The contract will be governed by Pakistan laws with arbitration provisions for dispute resolution.
