The Panjgur Dam Project District Panjgur is inviting sealed bids from eligible contractors for the providing and fixing of HESCO bags at the Panjgur Dam site. Bidders must demonstrate experience in similar works and provide evidence of successful completion of contracts of similar nature and scope. Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Tax Payer List, registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and relevant PEC registration (C-6 and above, up to 25 million) in the appropriate category and specialization codes (CE-01, CE-03, CE-04, CE-09). The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. FBR registration for Sales Tax is mandatory where applicable, and the bidder must be an active taxpayer. Earnest Money/Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
