Hired Transport Contract for Gwadar Naval Base

Pakistan Navy Headquarters Gwadar Naval Base at Hammerhead Gwadar Balochistan is inviting quotations from reputed contractors and transporters for a hired transport contract. This opportunity is specifically for those with vast experience in providing transport facilities and who are registered with GST and Professional Tax. Priority will be given to contractors already working with Defence Organizations or those holding a defence experience certificate. Items being procured: - Hiring of Civil Transport as per PPRA Rules The scope involves providing transport services to the Gwadar Naval Base, ensuring reliable and professional transport facilities. The contract requires compliance with all relevant tax and regulatory requirements including GST and Professional Tax. The site is located at Hammerhead Gwadar, and the contract will be managed by the Pakistan Navy Headquarters Gwadar Naval Base. Eligible bidders should have proven experience in transport services, preferably with defence organizations. Registration with FBR and possession of a valid GST certificate is mandatory. Contractors must be able to provide Earnest Money or CDR as per tender requirements. The technical bid should clearly demonstrate past experience and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Tender documents can be obtained from the Store Office HQ GNB at Hammerhead Gwadar or the Coastal Liaison Office at PNS Iqbal PN Dockyard Karachi upon payment of Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable). Working hours for document collection are 0900 to 1300 hrs within 15 days of the advertisement publication. Quotations must be submitted by 22 July 2026 at 1000 hrs at HQ GNB Gwadar. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 1100 hrs in the presence of all representatives. Shortlisted bidders will be required to obtain security clearance from respective Naval authorities as per procedure. All government taxes will be deducted as per rules.
