Hiring of 06 Armed Security Guards for PCSIR Laboratories Quetta

The Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR) invites electronic bids for the hiring of 06 armed security guards for PCSIR Laboratories located at Mian Ghundi, Mastong Road, Quetta. This procurement is open to well reputed and registered authorized dealers, suppliers, and government contractors who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are active taxpayers on the FBR list. Items being procured: - Hiring of Security Guard (06 personnel) at PCSIR Laboratories Mian Ghundi, Mastong Road Quetta Bidders must submit their electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk. The technical and financial bids should be submitted in sealed envelopes separately but uploaded on EPADS to facilitate evaluation. Earnest money of Rs. 90,000/- must be deposited via bank draft or call deposit in favor of the Director General PCSIR Laboratories, Quetta. The place of delivery and service provision is PCSIR Laboratories Mian Ghundi, Mastong Road Quetta on F.O.R basis. The electronic bids must be submitted by October 05, 2026, by 1100 hours. Bids will be opened half an hour after the closing time. PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
