Hiring of Security Guard Services for Inspector Forest (BPS-11) Training at PFRI, Gatwala, Faisalabad

Punjab Forestry Research Institute (PFRI), Gatwala, Faisalabad, under the Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids from eligible, licensed, and qualified security service providers for the provision of security guard services for Inspector Forest (BPS-11) Training at PFRI, Gatwala, Faisalabad. The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage–One Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, and applicable PPRA instructions/regulations and e-Procurement/EPADS procedures. Items being procured: - Security Guard services for 06 simultaneous posts/guards per day: 04 Male + 02 Female The scope includes providing licensed security guards to ensure safety and security during the Inspector Forest training sessions at the PFRI Gatwala campus. The contractor must comply with minimum wage laws, labor and social security requirements including EOBI/PESSI or other statutory obligations. Bidders must possess a valid security service license/NOC/authorization and meet all mandatory eligibility, tax, statutory, and qualification requirements as stated in the bidding document. Bid security of Rs. 36,000/- (5% of estimated cost) must be furnished in the prescribed form. Bids will be evaluated on the lowest evaluated responsive bidder basis, with no post-bid negotiation. Late bids will not be entertained. Bids will be opened on 02-10-2026 at least 45 minutes after the submission deadline, in accordance with PPRA requirements. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Complete bidding documents will be made available immediately after publication/uploading. Clarifications or addendums will be communicated through the designated procurement portal. Bidders are advised to carefully review all eligibility criteria and ensure timely submission of bids to avoid disqualification.
