Provision of Security Services for Govt. Institute for Slow Learners Rahim Yar Khan

The Govt. Institute for Slow Learners Rahim Yar Khan invites sealed E-Bids from well-reputed and financially sound tax-registered firms for the provision of security services and security guards for the Centre and Centre bus for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Provision of Security Services - Security Guards for Centre - Security Guards for Centre Bus The contract requires firms to provide security services round the clock (24/7) according to the laid down terms and conditions. Firms must provide type/caliber of weapons and ammunition to security guards on duty as detailed in the tender form. Rates must be quoted as a single consolidated figure inclusive of all applicable taxes, with no separate breakdown. The firm must ensure the minimum salary rate fixed by the Government and should not be blacklisted or debarred from PPRA or any Punjab government department. Eligibility criteria include previous experience providing security services to government departments, FBR and tax registration, and submission of bid security and performance guarantees via banking app 1Link/Online Bank Transfer against generated PSID. Manual CDRs and performance guarantees are not acceptable. The successful bidder must adhere to all terms and conditions in the tender form and contract. The E-Bids submission deadline is 05-10-2026 at 10:00 A.M, with opening at 10:30 A.M on the same day via Punjab E Procurement system (eP). Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement system before the closing date and time. In case of public holidays, the next working day will be considered for receiving and opening bids.
