Tender Description
The Lahore Cantonment Board (Sanitation) invites bids for the hiring of 3x Tractor Buckets on a monthly rental basis for garbage collection from Ward numbers 05, 07, 08, and 09 in Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured:
- Hiring of 3x Tractor Buckets for Garbage collection from Ward No. 05
- Hiring of 3x Tractor Buckets for Garbage collection from Ward No. 07
- Hiring of 3x Tractor Buckets for Garbage collection from Ward No. 08
- Hiring of 3x Tractor Buckets for Garbage collection from Ward No. 09
The hired tractor buckets are required to operate for 10 hours per day to ensure efficient garbage collection services in the specified wards. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing the vehicles and services as per the specifications and scope of work outlined by the Lahore Cantonment Board (Sanitation).
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with NADRA, FBR (NTN/GSTN), and compliance with all legal and financial requirements. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit as specified in the bidding documents. The bid validity period is 180 days.
Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Interested bidders who are not registered on EPADS v2.0 are advised to register promptly.
