Hiring of Class-IV Staff for Child Protection & Welfare Bureau Punjab

The Child Protection & Welfare Bureau (CP&WB), Punjab, Lahore invites e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) from eligible, experienced, financially sound, and reputable firms/companies specializing in Human Resource (HR) Management, Manpower Supply, and Staff Provision Services for outsourcing operational staff during the Financial Year 2026-27. The operational staff will serve the Bureau's institutions across Punjab including Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Multan, Pakpattan, Muzaffargarh, Bhakkar, Lodhran, Rajanpur, Layyah, Chakwal, Jhang, Khanewal, Kasur, Vehari, Attock, Nankana Sahib, Mianwali, Chiniot, Okara, Hafizabad, Toba Tek Singh, Sargodha, Jhelum, Khushab, Mandi Bahauddin, and Dera Ghazi Khan. Items being procured: - Driver - Cook - Barber/Beautician - Assistant Cook - Naib Qasid - Security Guard - Mali - Sweeper - Laundryman The scope includes provision of Class-IV staff for various institutions under the Bureau across multiple districts in Punjab. Interested firms must be duly registered with relevant statutory authorities (Punjab e-Procurement System), have active status with FBR for Income Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority for Punjab Sales Tax, and fulfill eligibility and qualification requirements as per bidding documents. Bid Security of 1% of the estimated procurement price must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Single Stage – Two Envelopes bidding procedure applies as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidding documents are immediately available after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System website http://ep.Punjab.gov.pk and PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be addressed to the Director General, Child Protection & Welfare Bureau, Punjab, Lahore and submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 15th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:30 AM.
