Hiring of Services of 01 No. 4x4 Vehicle for Site Supervision of K-IV Power Component at Keenjhar Lake, Thatta

Sindh Transmission & Dispatch Company (Pvt.) Limited (STDC) invites sealed bids from interested firms for the hiring of services of 01 no. 4x4 Double Cabin Hilux vehicle for site supervision of the K-IV Power Component located at Keenjhar Lake, District Thatta, Sindh. This vehicle will be used by STDC engineers for frequent site visits to supervise the construction and installation activities of the power component which includes a 132 kV GIS Grid Station, 132 kV Transmission Line, Residential Colony, and 11 kV Network. Items being procured: - 01 No. 4x4 Double Cabin Hilux vehicle (model 2024 or onwards) with automatic transmission and 4WD - Round the clock (24/7) availability of vehicle and driver The vehicle must be fully loaded with navigation system, have all legal documents including registration, fitness certificate, comprehensive insurance, and all applicable taxes paid. The driver must hold a valid driving license, have an operational mobile phone, and comply with all traffic rules. The contractor is responsible for all liabilities arising from accidents or legal issues related to the vehicle. In case of vehicle breakdown or accident, an identical replacement vehicle must be provided immediately. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with relevant provincial and federal tax authorities (SRB & FBR), active taxpayer list (ATL) status, and experience in vehicle service provision. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated value (Rs. 200,000) in the form of pay order or demand draft. The contract duration is one year from signing, extendable subject to project completion and mutual consent. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA EPAD Portal until September 14, 2026. Tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) must be submitted with the bid. Bids must be submitted via the SPPRA EPAD Portal by 11:00 AM on September 14, 2026, and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
