Pakistan Air Force invites sealed tenders for hiring civil transport services from PAF Base Masroor Karachi to multiple destinations including Pasni, Sukkur, Jacobabad, Multan, Shorkot, Lahore, Sargodha, Mianwali, Chaklala, Kamra, Kohat, Risalpur, and Peshawar. The procurement is managed by the Pakistan Air Force Base Masroor Logistics Section in Karachi. Items being procured: - 20 feet / 40 feet Flat Bed with / without Container - 20 feet / 40 feet Flat Bed with 2 Axle SINGLES and bed height 3' - 40 feet Flat Bed with 5 Axle TENDEM-TENDEM and bed height 3' - 40' Low Bed with 6 Axle TENDEM-TRIDEM and bed height 3' - 40' Low Bed (Width 14') with 6 Axle TENDEM-TENDEM and bed height 3' - 55' Low Bed with 6 Axle SINGLE-TENDEM and bed height 210' The scope includes transportation of PAF stores and destination will be informed on as and when required basis by Transit Depot Faisal Karachi. The vehicles must be in good working condition and capable of carrying the specified loads safely. The contract is for the fiscal year 2024 and requires compliance with PAF Base Masroor Procurement Rules 2004 (Revised 2021). The transporters must ensure timely delivery and maintain all liabilities on the supplier side. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and ATL, relevant experience in heavy transport, and compliance with PAF Base Masroor terms and conditions. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is required as per PAF rules. Interested bidders should have the capacity to provide the specified vehicles and meet the technical and financial requirements. The last date for submission of bids is 28 July 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day.
