Punjab Alternative Dispute Resolution Authority (PADRA) Lahore invites eligible bidders including firms and companies registered with relevant statutory authorities, SECP/Joint Stock of Companies, and Government of Punjab, Home Department (in case of Security Companies) and compliant with FBR, PRA, EOBI, and PESSI for hiring services under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA-14. Items being procured: - Staff Car Drivers (06 required) - Office Boy (05 required) - Janitorial Staff (04 male + 01 female, total 05 required) - Telephone Operator/Receptionist (02 required) - Computer Operator (04 required) - Security Personnel (04 Security Guards + 01 Supervisor, total 05 required) The contract involves provision of manpower services for the listed categories. Bidders must register electronically at https://vendors.ppra.punjab.gov.pk/register and submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement (EP) System before 28th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial proposals will be opened later publicly after announcement. Original Bid Security instruments equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be physically submitted to the Procurement Office prior to closing deadline. Bidders must comply with all statutory obligations including Employees Old-Age Benefits Act, PESSI, and Punjab Sales Tax.
