Hiring of Commercial Office Space in Lahore for National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC)

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites bids for hiring commercially located LDA approved building space in Lahore for its offices. The company requires a covered unencumbered area of 150,000 Sq. ft. or above in the shape of single premises or adjacent floors for a minimum period of five years, extendable with mutual consent. The facility must include the following: - Properly distempered/painted premises - Availability of parking space for minimum 150 vehicles and 200 motorbikes - Passage for emergency exit - Uninterrupted dedicated 24 hrs. passenger lifts - Availability of utilities including drinking water, electricity, landline telephone - Backup power/generator system - HVAC system - Dedicated passage for disabled persons - Prayer area separately for men and women on each floor - Sufficient number of toilets separately for men and women on each floor - Proper security arrangement and CCTV cameras - Firefighting system - Janitorial services and regular maintenance The ideal location may be in any commercial area of Lahore preferably on Mall Road, Main Boulevard Gulberg, Jail Road, Model Town, Garden Town, and Cantonment Area. Preference will be given to places/buildings with approach by public transport.
