Hiring of Consultancy Services for Clean Tourism AJK Programme

The AJK Tourism & Archaeology Department invites reputable and professional consultancy firms to participate in the hiring process for the Clean Tourism AJK Programme. This consultancy assignment requires firms registered with relevant government bodies and possessing demonstrated experience in solid waste management, environmental planning, tourism development, infrastructure planning, and related fields. The consultant firm must have multidisciplinary technical capacity to conduct field surveys, prepare destination-wise waste management plans, develop preliminary designs and cost estimates, and formulate implementable proposals. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for Clean Tourism AJK Programme including field surveys - Destination-wise waste management plans - Preliminary designs and cost estimates - Formulation of implementable proposals The bidding process will follow the Least Cost Based Selection Method (3-C) under AJ&K Public Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2018. Bidders must submit a single package containing two separate envelopes: one for the technical proposal and one for the financial proposal. The bidding document is available from 22nd October 2026 at the Directorate General Tourism & Archaeology office, Tourism Complex Bank Square, Chatter, Muzaffarabad, upon payment of Rs. 5000/- non-refundable. A refundable CDR of Rs. 0.200 million must be furnished with the financial bid in favor of the Director General Tourism & Archaeology. The last date for bid submission is 6th November 2026 at 11:00 hrs at Committee Room, Kashmir House, Sector F-5/2, Islamabad. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
