Hiring of Consultancy Services for Physical Verification and Valuation of Scrap Material at SEPCO Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites electronic bids through EPADS Version 2.0 (e-tendering) from eligible and qualified SBP-approved Valuators/Valuation Firms. The procurement is for consultancy services involving physical verification, assessment, counting, weighment, classification, and valuation of unwanted/obsolete Serviceable, Unserviceable, and Scrap material at SEPCO Regional Stores located in Rohri and Larkana. Items being procured: - Physical Verification - Counting - Weighment - Assessment - Classification - Valuation of unwanted/obsolete Serviceable, Unserviceable / Scrap Material lying at Regional Stores Rohri & Larkana, SEPCO The consultancy services will be conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure on a Least Cost Selection (LCS) basis as per PPRA Rule 36 (a). The complete consultancy services shall be performed at SEPCO Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). All eligibility requirements prescribed in the bidding documents must be fulfilled. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS v2.0. Bidders not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Banker Cheque from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Chief Executive Officer SEPCO Sukkur. The bid validity period is 100 days with an additional 28 days beyond the validity date. The complete work shall be completed within 30 days or earlier, subject to possible extension with approval from the Competent Authority of SEPCO. The submission deadline is **22 October 2026** by 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day via EPADS v2.0.
