Technical Feasibility Study for Development of Hobbit Village and Theme Park in Swat and Banu

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority invites bids for the Technical Feasibility Study of Development of Hobbit Village at 270 Kanal of Land in Swat Valley Package 01 and Technical Feasibility Study of Theme Park at Banu Gul City Package 02. This corrigendum extends the last date of bid submission to 21/10/2026. Items being procured: - Technical Feasibility Study of Hobbit Village at 270 Kanal land in Swat Valley - Technical Feasibility Study of Theme Park at Banu Gul City The consultancy involves detailed technical assessment and feasibility analysis for the development of tourism infrastructure in the specified locations. The studies will cover site evaluation, design considerations, environmental impact, and economic viability. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar tourism or infrastructure feasibility studies is preferred. Earnest Money and bid security requirements remain as per original advertisement INF (P) 4478/ 26. The revised and updated bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). All other terms and conditions, including timing of bid submission and opening, remain unchanged to ensure transparency and comparability in evaluation.
