Hiring of Consultancy Services for MHVRA in Balochistan

The Natural Calamities & Other Disasters (REL) department invites proposals for hiring consultancy services for MHVRA in Balochistan. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Items being procured: - Hiring of Consultancy Services for MHVRA in Balochistan The consultancy service provider must be a reputed national or international firm (JV) or service provider meeting eligibility criteria including valid registration with FBR for Income Tax and BRA, active taxpayer status (ATL), and PEC registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm. The bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority. Bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover exceeding PKR 49,500,000 in the last three years. The bidder must provide original uploaded documents as evidence. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a pay order from a scheduled bank. The financial proposals of technically qualified consultants will be opened and evaluated as per the evaluation criteria in the Request for Proposal document. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. The RFP documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website (www.bppra.gob.pk). The last date for bid submission is 21 September 2026.
