Hiring of Consultancy Services for Feasibility Studies, Planning, Designing and Engineering Services for Development of Lake at OPF Housing Scheme, Zone-V, Islamabad

The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) is inviting bids for hiring consultancy services to carry out feasibility studies, planning, designing, and engineering services for the development of a lake at the OPF Housing Scheme, Zone-V, Islamabad. This procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget. The consultancy services include detailed feasibility analysis, comprehensive planning, and engineering design to support the development of the lake within the housing scheme. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for feasibility studies - Planning services - Designing services - Engineering services for lake development The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. Bidders must submit a pay order or demand draft in favor of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) as part of the bidding documents. E-bidding documents including terms of reference (TORs) and requirements are available on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS v2.0 by 23rd October 2026 at 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
