Hiring of Consultancy Services for Master Planning of Tourist Potential Sites of Azad Jammu & Kashmir

The AJK Tourism & Archaeology Department invites reputable and professional consultancy firms registered with PEC, PCATP or other relevant government bodies/agencies to provide Consultancy Services for Master Planning of Banjosa-Poonch Tourism Circuit, Leepa Valley Eco-Tourism Programme, Sharda Eco-Tourism Programme, Lai Suhanra Style ASK Eco-Tourism and Conservation Model Shaheed Gali to Sirkot Pathiyali Eco-Tourism Programme and Tatta Pani Wellness Tourism Development through Least Cost based Section Method 3-(C) under AJK Public Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2018. Items being procured: - Consultancy Services for Master Planning of Banjosa-Poonch Tourism Circuit - Leepa Valley Eco-Tourism Programme - Sharda Eco-Tourism Programme - Lai Suhanra Style ASK Eco-Tourism and Conservation Model - Shaheed Gali to Sirkot Pathiyali Eco-Tourism Programme - Tatta Pani Wellness Tourism Development The consultancy scope includes detailed study and preparation of master plans for the above tourism sites in Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure (36-b) with separate financial and technical proposals. The bidding document detailing scope, TORs, evaluation criteria can be obtained from Directorate General Tourism & Archaeology Tourism Complex Bank Square, Chatter Muzaffarabad until 22 October 2026 during office hours on payment of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) via Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of DG Tourism & Archaeology, GoAJK. Bidders must submit a CDR of Rs. 1,000,000 (refundable) with the financial bid. Late submissions after 11:00 hrs on 6 November 2026 will not be accepted. The competent authority may cancel any or all tenders as per AJK PPRA Rules. This tender notice is also available on the AJK PPRA website www.ppra.ajk.gov.pk.
