Hiring of Consultancy Services for Solarization of Water Supply Scheme

Public Health Engineering Division Dir Upper Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites qualified consultants to provide consultancy services for the Solarization of Water Supply Scheme under ADP No.176/251120, ADP No.146/200236, ADP 114/151049 and District ADP No.210553. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for Solarization of Water Supply Scheme under multiple ADP projects. The scope involves providing expert consultancy for solar power integration into existing water supply infrastructure in Dir Upper. Interested firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents can be obtained and downloaded from the EPADS portal and KP-PPRA website before the closing date. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS using the single stage two envelope procedure by or before 12:00 PM on 20th October 2026. Technical proposals will be opened by the Department Consultant Selection Committee (DCSC) or its sub-committee. Financial proposals will be opened after technical evaluation, with the date announced later. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Chief Engineer (North) Public Health Engineering Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at Plot 40 Sector B2 Phase V Hayat Abad Peshawar on 15th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Clarifications and queries may be submitted through EPADS. Incomplete or conditional proposals will not be entertained. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all proposals with cogent reasons. Bidders are advised to carefully review the RFP criteria and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal. Early preparation of technical and financial documents aligned with PEC and FBR registration requirements will enhance chances of success.
