Hiring of Consultant for Supervision of Procurement & Installation of APMS on High AT&C Loss Feeders

Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO), a State Owned Enterprise, invites eligible bidders including individual consultants, firms, or joint ventures to submit E-Bids as consultants for the supervision of procurement and installation of Advanced Power Management Systems (APMS) on high AT&C loss feeders. This consultancy service is critical for ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of APMS to reduce losses and improve power distribution efficiency in Multan. Items being procured: - Hiring of Consultant regarding supervision of procurement & installation of APMS on high AT&C loss feeders against MEPCO Tender No. 54/27 The scope involves expert supervision of procurement processes and installation activities related to APMS on designated feeders with high Aggregate Technical & Commercial losses. The consultant will ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and timely execution as per MEPCO requirements. The corrigendum updates the tender number to 91/27 with a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and opening date of 08.09.2026, but the original tender 91/26 remains valid for submission until 21.08.2026.
