Tender Description
COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus invites experienced and financially sound firms for the hiring of contractor services for its Photocopier Shop located in Wah Cantt, Punjab. This tender focuses on providing comprehensive photocopying and printing services, including single and double-sided copying on 70 and 80 gram paper, as well as stationery supply. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the shop, paying monthly rent, and utility charges, ensuring smooth operations during university events and regular academic sessions.
The scope requires firms with at least two years of relevant experience, sound financial stability, and the ability to manage the photocopier shop efficiently. The site is situated within the university premises on G.T Road, Wah Cantt, demanding reliable service delivery and adherence to university property maintenance standards. The contractor must also handle peak loads during seminars and conferences, demonstrating operational flexibility and resource management.
Bidders must be registered with NTN and GST, listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, and comply with PEC and FBR requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26.
