Hiring of Contractors/Firms for Managing Disposal of Industrial Effluent at Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites E-bids for hiring contractors/firms to manage the disposal of industrial effluent at Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate (RIE), Rahim Yar Khan. The estate is registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and bidders must be active taxpayers with relevant experience. Items being procured: - Services for managing disposal of industrial effluent at Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate The contract is initially for six months, extendable for another six months based on satisfactory performance. Bidding will be conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 on a Single Stage One Envelope basis. Detailed bidding documents with terms and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bidders must submit E-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 28th September 2026 before 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 3:30 PM. No physical financial instruments like CDR or Pay Order will be accepted. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 191,083) must be submitted online via the Bank of Punjab as per eP regulations. Firms blacklisted by PIEDMC or PPRA or providing false information will be disqualified. PIEDMC reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
