Hiring of Contractors for Renovation Work at BOP Branches in Karachi and Rahim Yar Khan

The Bank of Punjab is inviting technical and financial bids from reputable organizations and companies for the hiring of contractors to carry out renovation work at its branches located at Khalid Bin Waleed Road, Karachi and Gulshan Iqbal Road, Rahim Yar Khan. This procurement is managed by the Head Centralized Procurement department based in Lahore. The scope of work involves renovation activities at the specified BOP branches. Items being procured: - Renovation work at BOP Branch Khalid Bin Waleed Road, Karachi - Renovation work at BOP Branch Gulshan Iqbal Road, Rahim Yar Khan (ABEP-2026) The technical scope includes all necessary renovation materials and labor to upgrade the branch premises as per the Bank’s standards. Bidders must ensure compliance with all applicable taxes and delivery charges included in their prices. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory for bid submission. The bid security is set at 2% of the estimated cost and must be submitted digitally via 1Link or Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 13-08-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date to be announced. The Bank will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of bids. Interested contractors should have relevant PEC categories and prior experience in renovation works. FBR/ATL registration is also required. The tender documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website.
