The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the hiring of contractors for renovation work at multiple BOP branches located in Punjab. The branches included in this tender are Kabirwala Branch, Arfa Software Technology Park Branch Lahore, Khawaja Ganj Branch Mardan, Madiala Tega Branch, and Balkasar Branch. Items being procured: - Renovation work at Kabirwala Branch - Renovation work at Arfa Software Technology Park Branch Lahore - Renovation work at Khawaja Ganj Branch Mardan - Renovation work at Madiala Tega Branch - Renovation work at Balkasar Branch The bid documents are immediately available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded and submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 28-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced later. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost and must be paid or submitted through 1Link / Bank Guarantee options digitally via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. This tender is uploaded on the PPRA website, BOP website, and Punjab e-Procurement System. The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents.
