Hiring of Contractors for Renovation Work at BOP Branches in Sahiwal and Rahim Yar Khan

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the hiring of contractors for renovation work at its branches located at (1) Liaqat Road, Sahiwal, (2) Gulshan-e-Iqbal Road, Rahim Yar Khan, and (3) Rahmay Shah Branch. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Process and all bid documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Items being procured: - Renovation work at BOP Branch, Liaqat Road, Sahiwal - Renovation work at BOP Branch, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Road, Rahim Yar Khan - Renovation work at Rahmay Shah Branch Bids must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 22-09-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened at a later date to be announced. The bid security is set at 2% of the estimated cost and must be paid digitally via generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System using 1Link or Bank Guarantee options. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. Prices quoted must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. This tender is uploaded on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), BOP website (www.bop.com.pk), and Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
