Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre (KTDMC) invites bids for Hiring of Contractors for Transportation Services in Karachi. This procurement is for providing transportation services for KTDMC employees and students at Sector No. 38, NC No. 24, Adjacent to Pakistan Refinery Limited, Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Korangi Creek Road, Karachi. The contract period is 12 months with possible extension for a second year by mutual consent. Items being procured: - One Master Changan Karvan 7-Seater or equivalent without air conditioner, model 2015 or above, fuel average 10 km/liter, service 5-6 days per week, approx. 90-100 km/day round trip - One Toyota Hiace 14-Seater or equivalent without air conditioner, model 1995 or above, fuel average 7 km/liter, service 5-6 days per week, approx. 90-100 km/day round trip - One Toyota/Mazda Coaster 30-Seater or equivalent without air conditioner, model 1995 or above, fuel average 5 km/liter, service 5-6 days per week, approx. 6-7 km/day round trip The scope includes providing fully serviceable, roadworthy vehicles with valid fitness certificates and registration documents. Fuel will be provided by KTDMC through PSO Fleet Cards with monthly fuel entitlement based on estimated travel distance and minimum fuel efficiency. The bidder is responsible for all other costs including maintenance, repairs, driver salaries, insurance, and taxes. Drivers must be law-abiding Pakistani nationals with valid licenses and medical fitness certificates renewed every six months. KTDMC reserves the right to inspect vehicles, change routes, timings, and number of vehicles as needed. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, on the Active Taxpayers List, and have at least 5 years experience in similar services. Bid security of PKR 200,000 in the form of bank draft/pay order in favor of Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 1st September 2026 at 2:30 pm and opened at 3:00 pm the same day at KTDMC office Karachi.
