Hiring of Event Management Firm for Ambassador Program 2026-27

The Human Rights and Minorities Affairs Department Lahore invites sealed bids through the E-PADS portal under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA Rules) for hiring an event management firm for the Ambassador Program 2026-27. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors, general or other suppliers duly registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules. Items being procured: - Conference & Seminar event management services with a bid amount of PKR 13,000,000 and a 2% bid security of PKR 260,000. The scope includes comprehensive event management for conferences and seminars under the Ambassador Program. Bidders must upload electronic bids via the E-PADS portal. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order amounting to 2% of the estimated price must accompany the bid. Bids will be opened electronically on 22.09.2026 at 11:30 AM. Bidders wishing to attend the opening may do so at the Committee Room of the Additional Secretary, HR&MA Department, Lahore. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Section Officer (Admn) at the HR&MA Department, House No. 24-C-II, Gulberg-III, Near Hussain Chowk, Lahore, between 09:00 AM and 5:00 PM on 21.09.2026. Bid validity is 120 days from submission. The department reserves the right to reject or scrap bids at any stage under PPRA laws.
