Hiring of Financial Advisor for Private Sector Participation in PESCO and HAZECO

The Privatisation Commission of Pakistan invites qualified firms to submit technical and financial proposals for the hiring of a Financial Advisor to facilitate private sector participation in two Distribution Companies (DISCOs), namely PESCO and HAZECO. The advisor will be expected to have relevant experience in the energy sector, particularly in public-private partnerships and privatisation projects. Interested bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms should demonstrate prior experience in similar assignments and submit earnest money as per the RFP requirements.
