Tender Description
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Islamabad invites electronic bids from registered suppliers, contractors, and service providers with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration. The procurement covers three distinct service contracts for NTC Islamabad. Items being procured:
- Hiring of Firm for End-to-End Implementation and ISO/IEC Certification of NTC Data Centers
- Outsourcing of Human Resource for Provision of Various Administrative Services to NTC for a Period of Three (03) Years
- Procurement of Managed DNS Service for NTC for a Period of Three (03) Years
This tender requires firms with relevant experience in IT service implementation, human resource outsourcing, and DNS management services. The scope includes full implementation and certification of data centers according to ISO/IEC standards, provision of skilled administrative personnel for a three-year term, and managed DNS services ensuring network reliability and security. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have a proven track record in similar projects. Technical bids must comply with the detailed terms and conditions available on the EPADS portal.
The submission deadline for the first service (ISO/IEC certification) is 20th July 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Subsequent services have closing dates on 22nd and 23rd July 2026 respectively. All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS; manual submissions will not be accepted. The procurement office is located at Room #05, Ground Floor, NTC Headquarters, Sector G-5/2 Islamabad.
