The Punjab Family Planning Program is seeking to engage a qualified consulting firm for conducting the Endline Punjab Health and Population Survey (PHPS) 2026-27. This assignment is part of the Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP), which is financed by the World Bank to support evidence-based planning and monitoring of health and population interventions in Punjab. The selected firm will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of the endline survey, including all preparatory, field, and reporting activities. Items being procured: - Engagement of a consulting firm for conducting the Endline Punjab Health and Population Survey (PHPS) 2026-27 The technical scope includes survey design, sampling methodology, data collection using modern technology, field deployment, quality assurance, and final report preparation. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience in large-scale health or population surveys, organizational capacity, and managerial expertise. Key experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage, but the firm's overall experience and capacity will be assessed. Firms may associate with others in the form of a joint venture or sub-consultancy, but all members must be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract.
