Hiring of Firm for Venue & Catering Services for Collective Marriage Ceremonies at Sahiwal

The Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Department Sahiwal invites electronic bids for hiring of firm/firms for provision of venue and catering services along with related services for collective marriage ceremonies at Sahiwal on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Venue and Catering services for 500 marriages (11000 persons) with an estimated cost per event/person of Rs. 3200 totaling Rs. 35,200,000. The scope includes providing complete venue and catering arrangements for collective marriage ceremonies, ensuring quality and timely service for a large number of participants. Eligible bidders must be registered firms/companies with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost amounting to Rs. 704,000 electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. The bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement system and PPRA website.
