Hiring of Firms/Contractors for Establishment of Small Industries Estate, Quaidabad Group-1

Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) invites well reputed and experienced firms/contractors to participate in the hiring process for the establishment of Small Industries Estate, Quaidabad Group-1 in Lahore. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-procurement system under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Establishment of Small Industries Estate, Quaidabad Group-1 The project involves large scale civil works for the establishment of the estate. Interested firms must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-B or above for the current year and must be registered with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or Government owned organizations. Firms must not be blacklisted by Punjab Small Industries Corporation and must provide valid certificates from tax and other relevant authorities including FBR and PRA. Bidding documents containing technical and financial proposals are available on the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites free of cost. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal by 23-10-2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, 1st Floor, 23-A Davis Road, PSIC House Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Applicants must submit an undertaking on judicial paper confirming the correctness of information provided. Failure to submit earnest money of 3.5% of the tender cost via Pay Order on the portal before closing time will result in disqualification. Bid validity period is 180 days from submission date.
